    1. RISE! is the first-ever dance music festival staged in downtown Salt Lake City, and will feature internationally recognized DJ’s, world-class audio/visual production and an atmosphere dedicated to bringing the global movement of dance music to one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States. 

    2. Taking its cue from the success of the Ultra Music Festival in Miami (now in its 8th year), Global Gathering in the UK and other similar themed festivals around the globe, RISE! will establish an annual tradition in the summer months of bringing world-class music and thousands of underserved dance music fans together to rise up and proclaim Salt Lake as the new destination for the west coast dance music movement and culture.

    3. In addition to a the all-day event at the Gallivan Center, RISE! will license its name and official recognition to several downtown music venues to host affiliated events throughout the week leading to the event, creating a weeklong buzz and awareness campaign and opening up the platform, sponsors, brand and dance music genre to the largest audience outreach ever seen in a music event in Salt Lake City. 

    4. Future opportunities for the growth of RISE! will include potential live streaming of the event(s), musical compilations, merchandise and eventually a touring version of the Festival to other regional markets

    5. LIVE ENTERTAINMENT will be provided throughout the venue, with various performing arts and entertainers.  Possibilities include the Flying Ace All-Stars air show, Drum Circles, Fire Dancers and other performers


    7. FOOD & BEVERAGE

      1. Huka Bar, a top nightclub in Salt Lake City, will

        1. build a 2,500 square foot bar/lounge in the

        2. drained ice rink area of the Gallivan Center,

        3. providing a full bar and lounge experience

        4. for all 21+ patrons with the signature Huka design and feel

      2. The Food Village area will be set up for local vendors to provide their unique menus and food offerings for all



    10. The WATER PARK will provide a cool-down area for attendees in the summer heat, with activities such as slip-n-slides, water balloon fights and a dunk-tank.


    12. FESTIVAL CONCOURSE will provide areas for local arts and crafts vendors to showcase jewelry, merchandise and personal services:
